Terms & Conditions for Placing Orders
Placing An Order:
When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information:
- All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of your delivery date and time.
- Send all inquiries to [email protected] during regular business hours, 9 am - 4 pm MST. Any inquiries received after regular business hours will be addressed the following day.
- Any orders received less than 24 hours before delivery will be subject to a rush order surcharge.
- A valid credit card will be required to secure all orders and deliveries and will be held on file.
- A mandatory $0.29 Colorado Delivery tax applies to all orders.
- Menu pricing depends on availability, ingredients, and preparation time.
- All paid and confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
- Any change in delivery time on the day of delivery after 12:00am MST will incur an additional charge.
When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information:
- Tail Number
- Delivery Date and Time
- Number of PAX
- Detailed food order
- A detailed list of food allergies or intolerances
- Desired packaging (ie. Oven, microwave, plated on real dishes, or bulk)

- We ONLY deliver to Atlantic Aviation in Hayden, Colorado.
- Regular delivery hours are from 7am to 7pm MST, Nov 15 - Apr 15, 2026. For deliveries after April 16, 2026, please contact Fireside Catering.
- Delivery times outside our regular hours will be subject to an additional fee.
- Changes to delivery times made after 12:00am MST on the day of delivery will be subject to an additional charge.
Packaging:
- Fireside Catering will package your meals to meet your specifications, including those of your cabin staff.
- Hot entrees can be delivered in aluminum containers, ready to heat in the oven, or in microwave-safe containers, ready for plating.
- Cold selections will be delivered in individual reusable containers unless specified as bulk packaging.
- If specified, Fireside Catering can deliver the food on or with real dishes, glassware, and silverware.
Taxes:
- Colorado State, County, and/or the Town of Hayden, Colorado, are included in the food costs.
- Colorado State Delivery Tax of $0.29 will be charged to every order.
Payments & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:
- Fireside Catering requires a credit card to be on file in advance to secure all deliveries and orders. The card will be charged after the final order is delivered and invoiced.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Wire Transfers to the Fireside Catering bank are accepted. The company placing the order will be charged for any bank fees associated with the wire transfer, including those incurred by Fireside Catering.
- A 10% finance charge will be applied to any late payments.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any order placed within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery day and time will be subject to a minimum $250 cancellation fee, plus any costs associated with food or products that have already been purchased.
- Any orders cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full price of the invoice.
- All Special Orders (items not on the menu) are final and cannot be cancelled. If the order with the special menu items is cancelled, you will be charged 100% of the proposed invoice price plus an additional cancellation fee of $100.00.
