How does this work?
A chef will come into your home or vacation unit and cook for you in your own kitchen. Your chef will shop for your party within 24 hours of your event to ensure your ingredients are fresh, local, and of the highest quality available. The chef will then prep in your unit, cook your meal on site, serve your guests, and then clean up before leaving.
For groups of ten or more, we send additional server(s) as needed to assist with the dinner service.

How much do you charge?
The guest pays for actual food costs, chef and server hours, and 20% of shopping costs. Chef rates start at $55/hr; server rates begin at $35/hr. Supply costs will vary and are based on items provided by our inventory.
Average cost for a full service evening ranges from $100-175 per person including taxes, gratuity, and fees. Actual price will depend upon food costs and number of guests.

What size parties do you work with?
We will work with a minimum of two guests and are prepared to handle a maximum of twenty-five, depending on venue size, layout, and current COVID restrictions.
Do you require a deposit?
A credit card will be taken at time of booking. A $100 nonrefundable deposit will be charged to save your date and design the menu for your event. We request that details be finalized no less than 14 days before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations seven days or less from your event will result in an additional charge.
How do you deal with items that may be unavailable?
We will do our best to substitute an equivalent or better product. We will advise the client in advance of any substitutions, time permitting. By doing business with Fireside Catering, you authorize us to use our best judgment when it comes to such substitutions.
what are my service options? (Buffet, family style, plated)
Due to COVID-19 regulations, we are currently unable to offer buffet service or family style at this time. The only table service we may offer is plated meals.
Do you only do dinners?
Nope! We also provide full service options for breakfast, lunch, or other meals.
