We understand details matter. As a celiac who cannot tolerate gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy, I know how to search for hidden ingredients that may cause you trouble. We are familiar with specific products and may even be able to introduce you to new options.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Place your detailed order via the clicky-button above, including preferred brands or noteworthy dietary restrictions, no less than 4 days before your arrival. If you need delivery within 4 days, please call 970-879-9922 to check availability. Please note that Sunday delivery is not available.
We will shop for you, deliver your food to your unit, and stock your cupboards and fridge. Add-ons may be accepted only on a per-case basis.
For guests staying at the Sheraton Hotel, you must be checked in before we can deliver your order. Your order will arrive between 4-6pm. If you check in before 4pm, please call us and we will deliver as soon as we can. We are unable to leave delivery items with hotel staff.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We charge 20% over food cost and a $35 delivery fee.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is a $50 minimum food cost.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- 10+ days before arrival: no charge.
- 7-10 days before arrival: cost + 20% of any specialty food orders.
- Within 7 days of arrival: cost + 20% of any specialty food orders + $100.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENT?
A credit card will be required when you place your order. It will be stored securely and charged after your delivery is complete.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC BRANDS OF ITEMS?
You can certainly ask! Please understand that Steamboat is a small, rural town, however, and may not have the variety of items larger cities are accustomed to.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH ITEMS THAT MAY BE UNAVAILABLE?
We will do our best to substitute an equivalent or better product. If you request a name-brand product, please also include the parameters that make it acceptable (low sodium, celiac-friendly, etc.) and we will use our best judgment to select a substitute that meets those guidelines.
CAN YOU DELIVER ALCOHOL?
Fireside Catering does not have the ability to deliver alcohol at this time.
