HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Your chef will shop for your party within 24 hours of your event to ensure your ingredients are fresh, local, and of the highest quality available. The chef will then prep in your unit, par-cook your meal on site and package it (or leave it in the oven to warm), clean the kitchen, and leave. You and your guests can then serve yourselves at your leisure.

Nope! We also provide full service options for breakfast, lunch, or other meals.

With enough notification, we should be able to pull that off. Please contact us for further details.
WHAT SIZE PARTIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We will work with a minimum of two guests and are prepared to handle a maximum of twenty-five, depending on venue size, layout, and current COVID restrictions.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A credit card will be taken at time of booking. A $100 nonrefundable deposit will be charged to save your date and design the menu for your event. We request that details be finalized no less than 14 days before your event.
If you have a last-minute request for service, Greg can best be bribed with good single malt Scotches, aged 18 or more years. ;)

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations seven days or less from your event will result in an additional charge.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH ITEMS THAT MAY BE UNAVAILABLE?
We will do our best to substitute an equivalent or better product. We will advise the client in advance of any substitutions, time permitting. By doing business with Fireside Catering, you authorize us to use our best judgment when it comes to such substitutions.
